Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro adopts the Supervisory Body and Model 231.
In October 2022, the Board of Directors of Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro approved the organization, management, and control model known as Model 231.
Model 231 consists of a structured set of principles, rules, and provisions regarding the management and control of every business process. Model 231 and the Code of Ethics, which is an integral part of it, are intended for members of corporate bodies, management, and employees, as well as all those who work to achieve the company’s objectives.
We pay great attention to the implementation of the Model, particularly regarding the refinement of company procedures, staff training, and the execution of specific control programs.
WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF REPORTS
- WHAT TO REPORT
Violations or alleged violations concerning the company Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro Srl and relating solely to the following aspects:
- Code of Ethics;
- Organization, Management, and Control Model of Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro Srl (specifically regarding safety, environment, and quality aspects);
- any law or regulation applicable to the company;
- internal company policies and procedures
- WHOM TO SEND THE REPORT TO
The recipient of the reports is the Reporting Committee, specifically appointed by Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro Srl, which will conduct investigations to verify the validity of the reports and provide appropriate feedback. The Reporting Committee will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis and if deemed necessary, whether to request support from other parties at its discretion to carry out its task. In the event of a substantiated report, the Reporting Committee will also inform the Supervisory Body of Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro Srl, already established pursuant to Legislative Decree. 231/2001.
