The Defender air curtain barriers manufactured by Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro are designed to create an air barrier at the industrial doors of workshops, warehouses, hangars, garages, and production halls.
Their main function is to prevent outside air (cold in winter or hot and humid in summer) from entering climate-controlled spaces, generating excessive energy consumption.
Defender air curtains have many other advantages:
- they prevent product deterioration when products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations;
- they prevent flying insects from entering;
- they act as outward protection: they are particularly suitable for limiting the escape of odorous or unpleasant emissions from the production environment;

The structure is made of painted galvanized steel or, upon request for special applications, can also be supplied with a stainless steel frame.
Defender air curtains by Officine Termotecniche Fraccaro are effective up to 6 meters in height and are available with both standard airflow and heated airflow using a water coil or electric heater.
